Monthly Payments
Like most book subscriptions, you will pay one month in advance for your book (IE: December payments for your January book) this will allow time for shipping changes, payment issues, and suspensions. Members will be billed on the 1st of every month.
Founding Members Only - Shipping and Tax
Founding Members will only be charged shipping when a book, merch or any surprise gift gets sent to you. Shipping will be removed when you are only receiving e-arcs, but you will still be charged tax for the membership fee.
Skips and Suspensions
Members will be able to skip/suspend their account up to two months, after that the skips/suspensions will be unavailable.
Upgrades/Downgrades
Membership Upgrade & Downgrade Policy
- You can upgrade your membership at any time. However, please note that billing is done one month in advance, so any upgrade made during a billing cycle will take effect starting the next billing cycle.
- Members are allowed to downgrade once every 12 months.
Does EWR ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. However, we do not currently ship to the European Union (EU) or Australia. To find out if your address is eligible for shipping, please enter your full address at checkout. Shipping fees are based on the weight of your order and your location. These costs are set by the carrier, and we do not have control over them.

Damages & Issues
Our standards for replacement eligibility are consistent with those used by comparable bookstores and book subscription services. If you believe your item meets the criteria below for replacement, please contact us at info@endlesslywellread.com within 2 days of delivery. Claims made after 5 days will not be accepted.
- Missing or torn-out pages
- Deep cuts or slashes on the cover
- Detached or split spine
- Package officially declared lost by the carrier
- Water damage or wavy pages
- Upside-down printing of end pages or edges
- Large rips or holes
- Severe ink bleeding
Items that are not eligible:
- Minor dents, dings, or scratches that do not affect readability
- Typos or misspellings on the cover or interior
- Crushed corners
- Torn or no shrink wrap
- Any other issue we determine does not qualify for replacement
If your item qualifies for a replacement, you must return the damaged copy before a new one is sent. This policy is nonnegotiable. Note: We cannot accept returns or offer replacements for sale items, imperfect items, or gifted books under any circumstances.
